I wish the eyebrows were done more careful, there was little light in the room, maybe next time use a strong lamp. The rest is good!

I love going to Rituals Spa. Always great atmosphere, nice music, everything smells wonderful. Staff are friendly and helpful. Treatments are very good. I am very satisfied and will be going there again!
