I think you products and interior design are excellent. It is pity however that House of Rituals lacks a "soul". Staff is obvipusly not managed to be kind and don't posses the instinct if hospitality. I was also shocked by the fact that staff was entirely without any product knowledge and not really interested in selling and in convincing the client of the quality of the product. It is obvious that all this is due to the lack of no inspiring storemanagement and leDERSHIP
