I went together with my friend to get pedicures. While hers was really nice and thorough, I was really underwhelmed by mine.
First of all, her technician performed a lot more steps (different cremes, topcoat, soaking before the treatment starts etc) but the most disappointing thing was that the treatment really wasn't thorough, meaning the nails were cut uneven, with some pointy edges, and the removal of the skin was done quite sloppy. Would not book a pedicure here again.

The massage was great and the therapist was lovely. However, it was soo cold in the room. No heather on which wasn’t a great experience.
