Ik heb een prettige manicure gehad en de medewerker was heel erg goed en aardig! :) Alleen helaas deed de salon niet aan het lakken van de nagels en dat vonden wij heel jammer want dit wisten we van te voren niet. We hadden er van te voren om gevraagd maar niks gehoord. We wilden zelfs bijbetalen maar dat mocht niet. Heel jammer want daar kwamen we juist voor. 30€ voor een korte manicure zonder lakken vind ik echt vreemd.

I was really looking forward to a wonderful experience at Rituals Spa. The facial massage and overall experience of the facial was good, but I was not happy with the products that were used on my skin. It left my skin feeling greasy and I did not feel "Clean" after. During the manicure my nails were shaped unevenly (I had to re-do some of the shape at the corners at home) and my cuticles were not handled well. I was cut and bleeding in three places, and they were not even at all, parts missed.

The brain massage was really good, the meditation was a nice experience and the spritzt of the hole house of Rituals was really amazing! Just the people in your restaurant were not interested, that we get a place!! There were enough places free and we had the time to wait for eating, just have one or two delicious drinks and eat later, but you told us, it’s not open to eat and we could eat at another place😳🤷🏻♀️! Regrettable, we had a nice time in the fish restaurant in the opposite of your house!!
