Not at all what I’d hoped for. I showed three separate images and the final product was totally different. Asked for layers in the back and ended up with a bunch of uneven pieces throughout that will take several months to grow out. Disappointing.

My appointment was for three hours (Full head colouring and Cut & Wash) and I was late for 10mins but they made me wait for an hour before starting. They accommodated two more clients with quick treatments (eyebrow threading and haircut) who arrived later than I did. I had a valid reason for being late for 10mins, but my appointment was for 3 hours, so I shouldn’t have waited for an hour. They could’ve accommodated walk-in clients after applying the dye on my hair.
