While everyone was nice, I think she did not understand what I wanted at all (I dont speak dutch, only english). I asked for small soft layers and face framing pieces but she cut it completely unevenly (right side of my head has super short layers but left side only has long, front just looks bad). I asked to shorten my curtain bangs and she cut them too short and just a straight line (it looks really bad). I asked her like 3 times to fix it, but she didnt understand. :(
