Did not ask any questions before starting the haircut. I was asked if I wanted my hair washed as I was already paying. The stylist has poor knowledge of curly hair. Would not recommend.

Altijd top hier, relaxte sfeer, aardige kappers, je wordt vlot geknipt maar niet gehaast, de fade en bovenkant zijn altijd nagenoeg perfect. Als ik bel kan ik eigenlijk altijd dezelfde dag terecht, openingstijden zijn ook flexibel dat is echt top. 10/10 voor die prijs precies wat je mag verwachten.

Not happy with my haircut with Mehrnoesh. She asked all the right questions but then cut off way more hair than I asked and the layers she cut is not good. Very upset and disappointed.
