I’ve been coming here for years and Finn is always amazing. At this visit, she couldn’t make it, and I was fit in with hairstylist Desy. Understandable, things happen. I appreciated that the receptionist found a way to fit me in, though at first she was quite rude, understandably stressed. I didn’t know what to expect from Desy; I told her I prefer warmer tones, but she didn’t really communicate throughout the treatment, and amy hair ended up with a cold, purple tint. A disappointing experience
