The hairdresser had 2 clients at the same time. After 35 minutes with the tint on my roots (waiting time - 30 minutes) I asked her if it was time to wash my hair. She was cutting hair or another client as said she was busy so I had to wait. I asked “How long?”. She said: “I don’t know, I am busy, as soon as I finish I will wash it”. I asked why she thought it was okay to spend my time for nothing like this. She said if I didn’t like it I could find another hairdresser.
