The hairdresser did not speak English, yet the owner asked him to cut my hair, and did not help me to translate at all. The hairdresser has bad hygiene, his hand smells like cigarettes, which was so disgusting. The hairdresser also is not responsible. He only took a glance of my picture and started cutting my hair, which took 5-10 minutes maximum. I wanted my hair with layers, but the result was so terrible. My hair is now so thick like a mushroom. I’m so frustrated.
