Jacky is an amazingly talented hairdresser. Her calm and professional demeanour makes you feel that you and your hair are in very capable hands. She gives the best scalp massages while washing. As someone with a tender scalp, her cornrows are always really neat without being tight.
I've been doing special treatments with her for about five visits now and my hair is truly responding to the treatment.
The salon more generally is very warm and welcoming. The facilities are excellent and elegant.
