Ugly biab nails. Not even done the way it should be done. No good and experienced biab nail artist uses a nail file on top of the biab. Cuticle not removed and I have bubbly nails. Not coming back.

I had a really unpleasant experience. They didn’t have my color and pressured me to pick one I didn’t like or pay extra. The filing was rough — some nails were over-filed, uneven, and even exposed skin. I usually enjoy getting my nails done, but this time was stressful and disappointing. Now I’m stuck with nails I don’t like for weeks.
