I just had my nails done at your salon, and although I’ve been a loyal client for over two years, I have never left so disappointed.
While I was under the lamp, the nail technician rushed outside, and the other girl who was left to help me couldn’t communicate with me at all. The result is extremely poor: the polish is uneven, nothing is finished properly, and the application is completely crooked.
I did not have the time to stay longer to fix it, and frankly, I shouldn’t have to when it should have been done right the first time.
Additionally, I was told to “pin” the amount in order to pay in cash, which is not legal practice. If I’m expected to pay off the record, I would also expect a discount. Instead, I paid full price for the worst experience I’ve ever had in a nail salon.
I expect a full refund and for this to be corrected. If not, I will leave a negative review and make sure my friends and family, who also visit your salon, are made aware of this situation.
I hope you take this seriously and respond quickly.

Nails too short, colour not the same on all nails and paid more because I needed an extension bc of the short nails
