I had the worst salon experience ever. The hairstylist completely ignored my views on coloring and refused to hear my opinion. I was not informed of what they will do. They chose a color themselves. Booked for 3 hours but effectively got only 1.5 hours their time. Very basic cut and blowdry and color still itches my scalp. This was not what I expected for two hundred euros. Never going back to Maistro again.
