Hair looks horrible without styling, wish there was more consult, no time for questions. I hate my hair and myself so much after this, felt tricked. Also the assistants in the back look visibly unhappy. They should have their own chairs at least, not the washing chairs. Something is off. In the moment it looks good but in reflection it's not about how to make customers happy in the long run. I don't get the other positive reviews.
