Maud Salon cares about their customer satisfaction. I went for a balayage and at the end I didn't like the color of the toner. I went back to change/fix the toner and they offered me different options to adjust the toner without extra charge. What I appreciated the most is that even thouhg I had my treatment with another stylist, Kirsten was the one who called me to book an apointment, and she fixed the toner.
