Communicatie was niet klant vriendelijk. Zeer inflexibel in behandeling. Ik heb weinig haar En dit wordt gelijk gezet met iemand die veel haar heeft. Elke lichaam is anders en daarom enige flexibiliteit is klantvriendelijk.
