I’ve been a client for 1 year and I generally had good treatments at NAGL studio. However, the last time I did my pedicure the salon was overbooked, they made me wait 30 mins for my appointment and because the lady that was doing my nails was rushing so much, she cut my finger really bad - not to mention the bleeding she caused me. They apologized, but didn’t offer to give me a discount or something to show that they really value loyal clients. You lost another client, I will never come back!!
