Materials used were not cleaned before or after treatment. Pedicure was rushed and done quite roughly - two of my toes bled. Coating of toes with polish wasn't great, not enough layers to entirely coat nail.

Ik had geboekt bij Emy, maar die was er niet (of bestaat niet?). Ze hebben de verkeerde kleur gebruikt en er zitten allemaal haakjes aan mn nagels, kan ze zelf nu weer gaan vijlen thuis. Wel veel kleuren om uit te kiezen.

First off I did not had my treatment by Emy - when I asked nobody named Emy worked there. All the employees hardly spoke any English and only one spoke a little Dutch. They kept speaking Vietnamese and laughed and looked at everyone. I felt really uncomfortable. When he started doing my nails, he cut too much of my cuticles and it bled. It hurt! He ignored it. Then in the end one of the ladies checked my nails and tried to fix it. I don’t think I’ll go back there, it’s was ok. Not great.
