First off I did not had my treatment by Emy - when I asked nobody named Emy worked there. All the employees hardly spoke any English and only one spoke a little Dutch. They kept speaking Vietnamese and laughed and looked at everyone. I felt really uncomfortable. When he started doing my nails, he cut too much of my cuticles and it bled. It hurt! He ignored it. Then in the end one of the ladies checked my nails and tried to fix it. I don’t think I’ll go back there, it’s was ok. Not great.

De salon ziet er gezellig uit, er is keuze uit ontzettend veel kleuren, er wordt snel gewerkt, en het resultaat is prima. De communicatie in de salon is echter zeer matig: zowel in Engels als Nederlands begrijpen we elkaar niet, de medewerkers hebben geen open of vriendelijke houding en met elkaar kletsen ze wel veel (maar niet in Nederlands of Engels). Dit voelt niet klantvriendelijk of gastvrij, plus is het daardoor moeilijk om je wensen aan te geven.

I went there to remove the gelex, the job was terribly done! Most of my nails still have some of the coating on. She was clearly in a hurry to finish it off but the shop was empty so nobody was waiting, it was really just lack of patience to do the job right. Will not go back and do not recommend.
