De medewerker was duidelijk de afspraak van mij + een andere klant die op hetzelfde tijdstip binnenkwam, vergeten. Daarna zijn mijn nagels in totaal door 3 verschillende personen gedaan, het was duidelijk hectiek. Ook is het soms lastig communiceren.

I'll never go back here. The studio is unhygienic, the therapists only care about speed not quality, they continuously talk in a foreign language and were eating KFC while working, They INJURED my foot during the pedi (didn't even apologize), they injured my sister's hands (up to the point of bleeding), they completely SKIPPED the mani (big mistake to pay in advance) and they put the wrong shellac color twice, because I quote "finally they would be done with their work day". Horrible experience.
