The gellak looks as if I did it at home, it doesn't even fully cover some parts of my nails. The nail filing wasn't good either and it was pretty painful. But the worst part by far was the nail art, they were clueless, they repeated it a couple of times but the result was horrible anyway. You shouldn't offer a service that you can't perform.
