I had the worst experience with my nails and Rose. They first had to reschedule my appointment earlier, then when I came, they rushed me to get sit, she started really fast to do my nails. Rose doesn'tt speak English or Dutch so she was doing gestures to make me understand what I had to do. David is a nice person in the studio. Looking at my nails today, she finished it in 20 minutes (erg!), my nails are not filled and the colour is not the same on every nail. I'll skip this studio!

The salon is right in the centre of the Utrecht, the staff is very fluent in English and smiling faces all around! I will definitely make this my regular nail salon as I have been bitterly disappointed with others salon in the city!
