Very disappointing, my specialist had no clue what she was doing. She bumped into one nail on the spot and made it messy so had to redo it. It took forever. The next day, two nails were chipped. I was already on holiday so could not come back to fix

Went in for a gel removal and the attitude was very abrupt and trying to rush through it, taking off much more of my nails than necessary, my nails feel thinner and damaged, unfortunate as I have been a customer for nails in the past.

My nail chipped at 5 days, I emailed the salon to have it fixed since they said they offer that service. No one replied to my message. The gel didn't hold up well and the salon didn't honor their service or commitment. Certainly disappointing.
