My nails weren’t cut even. During the removal of my cuticles, there was a hard pressure and there is a small wound below the nail on my big toe. The removal of my callus could have been better. The nailpolish on one nail could have been neater. All in one, I could have done this at home just as easily. It lacked proffesionalism, big dissapointment.
