While this is not a critique directly to Mimi, it is a general comment, most manicurists and pedicurists here use an electric file for nails and toenails, on their entire surface and not just around the cuticle. What they’re essentially doing is filing it down to make it flat, which is not how a nail/toenail should look. It’s damaging for the nail plate; it becomes thinner and uneven, which is what happened to me.
