I am usually happy with my pedicure but the lady who was performing the service was very rude...moving my chair closer to her ( I am 1.78 tall) and not taking into consideration it was very uncomfortable for me. During the manicure , I wanted to straighten the nail on my thumb and I believe she was offended by this. She asked the colleague to continue with my manicure. I was okay with that but how she went about it was very rude and does not make a customer feel welcome .

Al meer dan een jaar kom ik iedere drie weken voor een pedicure en manicure. Daarbij soms gellak en soms kunstnagels.
Personeel spreekt Nederlands dan wel Engels. De eigenaresse kent haar klanten en maakt altijd een leuk praatje.
Wat ik erg fijn vind is dat het salon altijd heel schoon is en na iedere klant de spullen worden vervangen door nieuwe steriele hulpmiddelen.
Alle medewerkers zijn bekwaam. De een vind ik beter dan de ander, maar heb tot nu toe geen slechte ervaring.
