Unfortunately, the appointment never took place. The evening before, I was informed that the stylist had run out of glue. I agreed to reschedule the appointment to11:00 the next day. At next day I agree come later at 12:00. However, on the day of the appointment, I was then told that she was stuck in traffic and that I would have to wait until after 12:00. I find this highly unprofessional and disrespectful of my time.
