Feriale is a very nice person and nice to talk to. The pedicure was quick but still nice. However, as the appointment was delayed, it feels like the gel nails were really rushed and perhaps not done with as much attention. After a few days I wore heels and the gel polish started chipping off, which is rather disappointing at the price point.
