When I arrived they acted surprised I had an appointment, apparently they overbooked because they use multiple booking systems and did not even realized.I was first asked to come back one hour later and then to cancel. In the end when I said they should have let me know earlier, they said they could make it work and I could stay for my treatment. In the end they did my lashes while they were doing two other clients and I now have half my lashes on the right eye are not lifted at all. Neveragain
