I was overcharged €20 extra for “long nails”. I come here every two weeks to do my nails, the exact same shape, the exact same length, usually they charge me five euros extra for long nails, which is totally understandable, but this time Anna decided to overcharge me €20 for a treatment that costs €50. I ended up paying €70 for powder nails without color or anything.
