The tools were dirty and looked like not desinfected in forever. Staff was rude. But most import, manicure is the most sloppy, unaesthetic I ever had. The cuticles weren't shaped nicely, the polish isnt neat at all.

When I arrived at the location exactly on time no one welcomed me. When I asked for my appointment I was asked to wait. As time was precious to me I couldn't, so I left. The smell in the salon was horrible, btw.
