I asked specifically before coming how they remove gel extensions and they told me with acetone. When I come he started to rip them off with the tool and no acetone. I asked why he was doing that and said I prefer acetone but he said my extensions were thin so they didn’t need it. My thumb’s real nail was ripped off so short that I can feel the nerve endings and it’s extremely sensitive. He only used acetone after this. I also have 2 cuts from the filing machine, one of which bled.
