I had scheduled an appointment for haircut and upon arriving promptly, I was met with dissatisfaction from the barber(Nima) who claimed to be busy. This was disheartening, as I had made an effort to be on time for my appointment. Customer service is crucial in any service-oriented business, and unfortunately, this experience fell short of my expectations. I believe that proper communication and time management are essential to ensure a positive experience for customers.
