The shellac was not removed properly and then the acryl was applied on top of that and since it was without colour you could see the shellac stains through it. I had to ask several times to remove the acryl from the tip of my fingers, as the professional applied it also on my skin in front of my nails and could not see it. Furthermore, a piece of one acryl nail came off five minutes I left the shop and had to shape my nails by myself as it was not done.
