I’ve been getting my nails done here for months, and until now I was always satisfied. Unfortunately, this time I left unhappy with the result. The shape of the nails didn’t match what I asked for, it was painful when the gel was removed, and the quality of the nails feels poor, especially considering the price.

normaal altijd erg tevreden maar deze keer was minder. ik had een afspraak en moest alsnog 45 min wachten. achteraf zag ik dat de gellak niet volledig aan de zijkanten zat

Dear Mr/Ms, after 3 days treatment one of the nails broke off with NO impact. The nails used are porous (bad quality) as this should not happen so fast. After mentioning this the company said I need to pay for the repair? This is just bad customer service. I will not return here. Best regards
