I didn’t even go to my booking! An emergency came up and I couldn’t call the salon on-time. Then 15 minutes after my booking time I call them and they tell me “I don’t think my colleagues are willing to help you anymore” ! Then I asked for refund and they go “We cannot arrange refunds”! What is going on with you people?
