I had my first biab appointment elsewhere 1.5 weeks before coming here. My nails were very thick, felt uncomfortable and started lifting after a week. I wanted to remove them, but decided to try another time. Ylenia is very skilled and made me feel comfortable from the get go. She is very thorough and always makes sure she doesn't cut/that anything hurts. I have a thin cuticle and the other place gave me 2 cuts that took a bit to heal. Have nice conversations and my nails now always look great!
