She destroyed my cuticles. I have multiple cuts and large scabs from where she filed off the skin. I even said ouch at one point and she didn’t apologize and just kept going. The manicure itself was also really sloppy. I’ve never left a bad review but I’ll never go back there and I wish I had never gone, my fingers are a wreck. I’ve had better aestheticians at this place before, but I’d never go back just in case I end up with this one again.

Ik kom hier al jaren met heel veel plezier. De behandelingen zijn hygiënisch, effectief en zeer ontspannend. Het personeel is vriendelijk en kundig. Zelf kom ik vaak bij Astrid, echt een topper. Ik ga altijd met een glimlach de deur uit als ik bij haar een behandeling heb gehad.
