She destroyed my cuticles. I have multiple cuts and large scabs from where she filed off the skin. I even said ouch at one point and she didn’t apologize and just kept going. The manicure itself was also really sloppy. I’ve never left a bad review but I’ll never go back there and I wish I had never gone, my fingers are a wreck. I’ve had better aestheticians at this place before, but I’d never go back just in case I end up with this one again.
