I had a very horrific experience at the studio a few weeks ago with their acne treatment. While I’ve had a great experience with their regular facials here in the past I had parts of my skin ripped off with the acne treatment (caused scabs/scarring). Also on top of this not all of the congested pores were cleared/removed. While I would not have this treatment again the team did take good care of me but only after two emails where I was noticeably upset.

Whenever I go there, they never finish on time. Today the beautician did not even greet me when I entered the salon, even not after I did. My nails did not look good at all and she did not even care to ask. I used to be a regular but it’s getting worse and worse service-wise. Probably my last time there. Do not recommend.

Ik heb een super behandeling gehad! De wimperextensions flat cashmere voelen aan als mijn eigen wimpers! Ze zijn zacht en heel licht. Bij het plaatsen van een nieuwe set kan een leuk gesprek echt je dag maken! Ik heb gelachen en gezellig gekletst! Ik ben super tevreden en mijn volgende afspraak staat gepland :D
