I got an eyebrow wax, and I left with a nasty burn on my eyebrow which I had to go to the pharmacist for oitment. You trust a professional will not harm you! Emailed the salon about the situation but my email was ignored - a simple apology would be nice.

My facial lady was nice but rushed through the treatment, and didn't do a thorough job. It didn't feel relaxing, and still had some dried leftover mask left in my eyebrows after I went home...
