Worst wax experience ever (and I've been waxing for many years). When I arrived, the wax was not ready, even if they told me they started warming it half an hour before. The woman doing waxing was not tensing the skin enough while pulling the bands, what has caused me bruises. Plus, she left a blob of wax in my bikini line that she was not able to remove and she had to rub it with oil to remove it. The result: very irregular waxing in the bikini area (is more like a bad brazilian) and a big irritation due to the rubbing. At the end she offered me a free treatment and the bikini free of charge, but that really don't compensate the pain and the black bruises!
