I had made an appointment for a Brazilian wax one month in advance and was informed on the day of the appointment, after arriving in the studio, that it's impossible to get this treatment in that specific studio. Apparently it's an issue they're aware of but unable to fix with Treatwell. Which is not an excuse however to inform customers upfront & cancel the appointment instead of letting them come to studio to find out themselves.
