I had a very disappointing experience. My cuticles were not cleaned or properly prepared, and the final result was uneven, with every nail having a different shape. When I politely said I was unhappy, the man became rude and shouted at me instead of offering a solution. After I posted an honest review, the salon called and sent me personal messages telling me never to return. Very unprofessional treatment and behaviour.
