Very disappointing experience. I waited 30 min, then was told gel polish removal would cost extra €5, but only at the end was it clarified the €5 fee was per foot (so €10 total). During removal I felt a burning pain but received no apology. The salon was dusty all over and unhygienic, the pedicure made little difference, and on top of all after less than a week the gel polish is already chipping on all toenails. I expected much better service and value, and hope the salon will offer a refund

I wouldn’t book this place again. The technician was running behind on the time and therefore rushed my nails. It’s not nearly finished and very messy finish.
