Very unpleasant experience. I wanted gel polish removed and she filed down my nails so roughly my cuticles were bleeding. I naturally have very strong healthy nails that don’t break or crack. It’s been two months and 2 weeks and my nails are still healing and gaining strength back. Suzie as a person is intense and hypersensitive so you feel like you need to constantly compliment her or she’ll lash out passive aggressively. I felt highly uncomfortable and do not recommend this place.
