This is my 4 time in the salon and worst. The quality of the mani was poor: she couldn’t get the shape right and the nails didnt look the same. Also, the nail polish coverage is uneven and looks spotty. I also had a small scratch but ok. What I am upset most is she was chatting with the other customers (ok, I am not dutch but still felt ignored) and seemed distracted from doing my nails, looking to the side. Did not offer me anything to drink And VERY IMPORTANTLY- they DID NOT WEAR FACE MASKS:(

Mijn afspraak was om 11.10 uur. Om 11.50 uur werd ik pas behandeld... 40 minuten later. Wassila bood haar excuses aan voor het lange wachten. Ik weet ook niet of dat door kwam. Maar toch.....
