I liked the massage itself! The therapist asked what kind of massage I wanted and worked professionally. However, the cabins are very close to each other and separated only by curtains, so full relaxation is difficult if others are talking nearby. Visitors also cannot find the toilet on their own and must ask staff for access. When I asked about the session start time, a staff member spoke to me rudely and raised his voice. This behavior is unacceptable, and I ask management to address it.
