Hi, I was a loyal customer for two years until today. I had a booking with Kostas. To be fair, I arrived 15 minutes late which is totally my fault. When I arrived, there was only Mischa, who I didn’t have an appointment with. He said I was too late and he can’t do anything for me anymore. I told him I was sorry for the delay and asked whether I could come back at a later point to get my pre paid haircut. He said everything is booked today, which is not true according to the app. Money gone.
